As you may know, I own a bugeye WRX. If you look at a bugeye you will clearly see design influences from the Porsche 911. This has lead me to believe that if the RAUH-Welt "Rough" style works on a 911, it should work on a Bugeye.

So I sketched out my idea of a RWB body kit on a bugeye, and it turned out better than I expected.

I say sketch it with box fenders! It is what made the standard car look so cool.
